Add Jake Crists name to the list of IMPACT talents whose contract is coming due at the end of the year. The former X-Division and Tag Team champ with his brother Dave Crist indicated on Twitter that he will be a free agent come January 1st.
Jake was also a member of the short-lived faction “Cancel Culture” with RVD and Joey Ryan. He was never brought back when Ryan and his brother Dave were fired earlier this year due to “Speaking Out” allegations. There has been no allegations whatsoever against Jake.
Mike’s Take: Jake is a helluva talent and him not being signed is a damn shame. Jake was just a victim of circumstance. Hopefully the situation gets rectified and Jake lands on his feet because he is really freaking good.
