WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley took to twitter to reveal that he was diagnosed with COVID-19 and has been isolating for the last 18 days. Foley stated he contracted the virus during a virtual signing event on Dec 12th. Mick has been taking extra precautions and was good about social distancing and wearing masks but admits he could have done better. Despite having some of the symptoms associated with the virus (loss of smell, headache, bodyaches, etc) he appears to be ok. He unfortunately had to miss Christmas with his family, and anyone who follows Foley knows how important Christmas is to him. He urged everyone to continue social distancing and wear their masks.
Mike’s Take: Get well soon Mick. You will be hard pressed to find a better dude in the wrestling business than Mick Foley. Hope he pulls through ok. Ill be getting vaccinated within the next week or two. I’ll let you guys know if I grow an extra head. Stay safe out there.
